EASY NACHO'S RECIPE
What you will need
For the salsa:
6 salad tomatoes
1 large red onion
1/2 a lime
salt
black pepper
1 chilli (if preferred)
For the guacamole:
4 ripe avocado's
1 large garlic clove and 1 smaller one
1/2 a lime
salt
pepper
Nachos:
2 bags of plain tortilla chips
Mature cheddar (grated)
a dollop of sour Cream

Method
For the salsa:
1. Take a chopping board and a serrated knife to dice the tomatoes. Cut them into reasonably small pieces unless you prefer a chunky salsa.
2. Put the tomatoes into a bowl and dice the onion into a similar size as the tomatoes. Put them into the bowl.
3. Squeeze the lime juice over the salsa and season with salt and pepper.
4. (optional) Cut the chilli into small pieces and combine in the bowl.
For the guacamole:
1. Cut the avocado's in half and remove the stones and skins, place them in a seperate bowl to the salsa.
2. Take a fork and mash up the avocado's until its at your desired consistency
3. Remove the skins of the garlic and take a garlic crusher to crush the cloves into the bowl. If you don't have a crusher then dice the garlic as small as possible.
4. Combine the garlic and avocado's and season with salt and pepper. Squeeze the second half of the lime into the guacamole.
For the nachos:
1. Put the nachos into a metal deep dish and add however much cheese you desire. You can either have the cheese melted by sticking the dish under the grill or you can choose to have the cheese raw. (I prefer it raw!)
2. Now your nachos are done pile on your toppings! You could have them all on top or make a little space at the bottom of your dish and put your sauces there so you can dip when you choose.

EVALUATION
My blog is a good recipe but it isn't special. You could go anywhere and find a recipe so we decided that it needs to have something a bit more unique about it. Phil suggested doing playlists to go along the food which was what I was going to do but ended up speaking to Henry and he helped me think of another idea.
